Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a consultant psychiatrist role in our new Assertive Outreach Service.
You will clinically lead a team of dedicated and qualified staff as recommended in NHSE Guidance, including innovative roles for community pharmacy, psychology, in house GP time and voluntary sector support workers. Assertive engagement, evidence-based bio psycho social treatment plans, collating and sharing information with system partners, carers and families, risk formulation and safety planning will be at the heart of the service’s therapeutic approach. This will be enabled by small caseloads and time unlimited care based on need.
