This is not a standard ServiceNow delivery role.
You’ll be stepping into a position where you act as the go-to ServiceNow authority, helping shape and scale a growing practice within an established IT services provider. You’ll have real influence over how solutions are designed, sold, and delivered — not just implemented.
You’ll work across a broad client base, engaging directly with senior stakeholders while driving both pre-sales and solution development.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead solution design across the ServiceNow platform (ITSM + additional modules)
* Act as the internal SME across sales, delivery, and customer engagements
* Run discovery workshops and define client requirements
* Support pre‑sales with technical expertise and solution positioning
* Work closely with partners and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
* Help shape the ServiceNow offering, strategy, and best practices
What They’re Looking For
* Strong hands‑on ServiceNow experience (ITSM + at least one other module)
* Certifications (CIS minimum — multiple preferred)
* Experience supporting pre‑sales / client‑facing engagements
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and C‑suite
* Ability to own solutions end‑to‑end
* Self‑sufficient, commercially aware, and comfortable in a growing environment
