This is a unique opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage of our journey. You'll play a central role in shaping the quality, culture and success of our elderly care division — supporting our homes today while helping us grow for the future.
The Role
As Regional Support Manager, you will:
* Support the Director of Elderly Care in delivering the organisation's strategic plan and integrating new acquisitions.
* Provide leadership and targeted support across multiple elderly care homes.
* Step in to provide Home Manager cover when required, ensuring safe, compliant operations.
* Mentor, coach and develop Managers, building confidence and capability.
* Lead audits, embed best practice and prepare homes for inspections.
* Champion innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our services.
This role is not just about maintaining standards — it's about raising them. You'll be key to driving us towards our ambition of Outstanding CQC ratings.

* Flexible: Holds a full UK driving licence and happy to travel across Sussex, Hampshire, and Head Office (Brighton).
* Energy and Drive: You bring enthusiasm, stamina, and a strong work ethic — the kind of person who rolls up their sleeves and gets things done. You're prepared to put in the time and effort needed to deliver excellent results and support your team when it really matters.
