Overview
We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our Catering team in Ysgol Llwyn yr Eos, Penparcau, Aberystwyth on a permanent basis.
You will be expected to manage the school kitchen on a day-to-day basis according to the standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council.
Responsibilities
* General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surrounds
* Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times
* Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards
