Global Auditing Manager

The Group Responsible Sourcing team is seeking an experienced Global Auditing Manager to conduct supply chain compliance audits across the global network. This role plays a key part in upholding best-in-class food safety, integrity, and ethical compliance standards.
You will ideally be based in Northern Africa or Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Planning, coordinating, and conducting supplier audits worldwide (food safety, ethical, environmental).
2. Auditing against major retailer and company standards (e.g., Tesco, M&S, JS).
3. Maintaining live global audit schedules and ensuring timely reporting of audit results.
4. Supporting suppliers in the creation and closure of corrective action plans.
5. Preparing and assisting sites during customer visits and high-profile audits.
6. Carrying out ethical trade, human rights, and accommodation risk assessments for high-risk suppliers.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
8. Analysing audit non-conformance trends and supporting suppliers to implement corrective action plans that address root causes.
9. Developing and overseeing corrective action plans, supplier engagement, and capacity building initiatives.
10. Investigating serious issues or incidents, gathering evidence, and coordinating improvement plans with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:
11. Proven experience conducting food safety and ethical compliance audits within the fresh produce supply chain.
12. Knowledge of international and UK-centric food safety, integrity, and human rights standards.
13. Strong analytical ability with experience in root cause analysis and delivering sustainable improvement plans.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels and disciplines.
16. Exceptional attention to detail.
17. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
18. Strong work ethic and a focus on meeting deadlines.
19. Arabic or French language would be an advantage
