Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
A luxury property developer operating in the UK is currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their site team, supporting the Aftercare Department at their head office in Stratford.
To succeed in this role, you should have good knowledge of the New Build Industry, confidence in dealing with customers at all levels, and the ability to diagnose defects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Discussing defects with customers and booking engineers or subcontractors for specialist issues.
3. Monitoring the Central Customer Service email inbox.
4. Delivering excellent customer service and being the first point of contact for the team.
5. Updating the CRM system with all customer communications.
6. Closing jobs on the system once completed.
7. Scheduling engineers and subcontractors to carry out works.
8. Maintaining good relationships with subcontractors for specialized works.
9. Managing purchase order invoices.
