Due to an exciting project pipeline, we're seeking a mid to senior-level professional to help form the basis of our new dynamic and collaborative team in London.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role working across all stages of hotel and hospitality design, from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in leading interior design projects from concept development through to FF&E specification and on-site implementation.
* Maintain a strong understanding of budgets, building regulations, and technical details.
* Develop mood boards, layouts, and presentation materials to communicate design intent to clients.
* Collaborate closely with client teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project delivery.
* Stay abreast of current trends in hospitality, materials, and design innovation.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in hospitality interior design, with a strong portfolio.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and preferably Revit (training can be provided).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of FF&E sourcing, specifications, and procurement processes, with a keen eye on budgets.
* Confidence in client meetings and managing design direction.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and be flexible.
