Shift and Working Hours
You will be required to work evenings and Saturday shifts at various sites across Barts Health NHS Trust, working 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative, call centre and reception support to the Trust's clinics, ensuring an excellent front‑of‑house and administrative service.
* Assist the medical and nursing team in delivering seamless outpatient care to patients, ensuring that all patients, relatives, and visitors are treated courteously.
* Rotate across various clinic areas within the Sexual Health services.
* Navigate the booking system, take calls in the call centre, and respond to emails from patients and health professionals.
* Process referrals and manage patient lists, using Cerner Millennium or similar patient record systems.
Qualifications
* Reception experience is essential.
* Office‑based administrative experience is also essential.
* Interest in Sexual Health services and desire to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience in call centre operations and email correspondence is desirable.
* Referral processing experience and confidence with Cerner Millennium or similar systems are desirable.
