Vet Direct are excited to be recruiting for aTechnical Support Nurseacross over 35-40 hours a week (flexible) Monday – Friday.
Summary of role:
* Gain and maintain extensive knowledge of our equipment and products
* Accurately and confidently, deliver technical support and training to customers and sales teams.
* Develop technical support libraries and training videos on the use, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of equipment.
* Provide information leaflets on new equipment.
* Supporting the repairs department and liaising with manufacturers to resolve technical queries and warranties.
* Co-ordinating the loan service for equipment.
* Maintain and share accurate records on equipment that develops faults during warranty period.
* Supporting the integrated repairs department.
* Selling of products from the Vet Direct portfolio.
Key Skills Required:
* Qualified, preferable Registered Veterinary Nurse (Orthopaedic knowledge an advantage).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with use of Microsoft software and Teams.
* Well organised with a methodical approach to prioritising workload.
* Team player with a high level of dedication and a positive outlook.
* A bias and determination to understand and gain hands on experience with the full equipment range.
* Problem solver with an eye for detail.
* Empathetic approach to customers and colleagues.
