R&D Partners is seeking a motivated Training Specialist to join our client within the Technical Services department. This is a field-based role focused on delivering training and support for healthcare solutions in Scotland. You will play a key role in ensuring customers are confident in using blood glucose and ketone monitoring systems while contributing to an excellent customer experience. Regular travel across the region, including overnight stays and occasional unsocial hours, is required. Initial product training and team meetings may also involve travel to our UK head office in West Sussex.

Responsibilities:
* Provide training to customers on healthcare products and ensure all sessions meet company standards.
* Record training activities and maintain compliance with internal guidelines.
* Respond to customer inquiries related to training, installation, and troubleshooting.
* Support the implementation of hardware and software during product launches.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
* Background in nursing or familiarity with NHS Primary and Secondary Care organizations.
* Experience designing and delivering customized training programs.
* Knowledge of medical systems, quality assurance, and customer relationship tools.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide on-site support.
* Awareness of the diagnostics industry and experience in multicultural environments.
* Strong understanding of medical concepts and practical applications in healthcare.
* Valid UK/EU driving license and passport for potential travel.
* Fluent in written and spoken English with good communication and organisational skills.
