Responsibilities – Warranty – Front Line Manager Ensure all colleagues are aware of their HSE duties and responsibilities under the site policies and can safely carry them out Ensure that you investigate all near misses, incidents, and accidents with emphasis on preventing any re-occurrences. Monitor the department’s accident performance, sharing learning and best practice outputs Ensure that you are driving quality safety monitoring processes, standards, and compliance Escalate any health, safety, and environmental matters that have been unresolved to your manager Use the Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) program daily to ensure appropriate behaviours and processes are followed as required.
