I am resourcing a Head of Client Success for a leading strategic insight and research organisation. This isn’t just a sales role; it’s an opportunity to lead the commercial engine for the Fresh & Frozen sector, partnering with the industry’s biggest suppliers to drive growth and innovation.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a key member of the commercial leadership team, you will bridge the gap between high-level industry foresight and practical client success.

* Own the Sector: Take the lead for the Fresh & Frozen supplier portfolio, ensuring clients are fully engaged with bespoke insight and consulting solutions.
* Strategic Partnerships: Personally manage a \"top-tier\" portfolio of strategically important accounts, building trust with Commercial Directors and CEOs to drive renewals and high-value upgrades.
* Lead & Inspire: You will lead and develop a team of Commercial Managers. You’ll be the coach in their corner, setting clear goals, driving accountability, and helping them navigate challenges to grow professionally.
* Commercial Growth: Collaborate with the Insight and Consulting teams to identify, pitch, and close complex project leads that solve real-world industry problems.


What You’ll Bring

* Industry Authority: A proven commercial background within the retail, manufacturing, or FMCG research space. You speak the language of the grocery industry.
* Leadership Gravitas: The ability to lead a team by example and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders with data-led insights.
