We are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Manager to lead our care team and drive the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care services.

As Care Manager, you will play a central leadership role, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, supporting and developing care staff, and ensuring care is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory standards.
You will also work closely with coordinators and carers to ensure services run smoothly, care plans are implemented effectively, and clients continue to receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of care services

Ensure care is delivered in line with individual care plans and quality standards

Conduct care assessments, reviews, and care plan updates
*
Provide leadership, supervision, and support to care staff
*
Monitor service delivery and respond to changes in client needs
*
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
*
Maintain accurate records, reports, and care documentation
*
Work closely with care coordinators and carers to ensure effective scheduling and service delivery
*
Support the recruitment, training, and development of care staff
*
Drive continuous improvement in service quality and client satisfaction
About You
We are looking for a dedicated care professional and strong leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting others.
You will have:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in health and social care
*
Previous experience in a senior care, supervisory, or management role
*
Experience conducting care assessments and developing care plans
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*
The ability to manage, motivate, and support a team
*
Good IT skills and experience using care management systems
*
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*
A strong commitment to safe, high-quality, person-centred care
