Responsibilities
* Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation of their lean-agile practices or work with several teams in an advisory/coaching and assurance capacity.
* Actively facilitate team-of-teams events (e.g. Program Increment Planning) and support activities such as roadmap development to ensure that the relevant objectives are achieved.
* Support the team in identifying and addressing impediments to the attainment of goals, including taking action to remove impediments where appropriate.
* Lead on the identification of training and development needs, for the team as a whole and for individual team members as required.
* Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications
* Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams.
* Thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices and methods, particularly Scrum.
* Excellent organisational and facilitation skills.
* Holds an advanced Scrum Master certification e.g. PSM II / III, SASM.
* Experience of Agile Coaching or qualifications including ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC or ICE-AC.
