We're on the hunt for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Assistant to support the growth of our branded e-commerce shop focused on cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
• Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube using tools like Canva.
• Develop and maintain a 3–6 month social media calendar.
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries via social platforms and email.
• Identify and coordinate collaborations with influencers and affiliates.
1. E-Commerce Plan to Action & Website Support
• Regularly review and update the Molly Maid Shop website to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Optimise automated emails to drive conversions and repeat purchases.
• Keep product descriptions fresh, persuasive, and aligned with customer needs.
1. Performance Analysis & Market Research
• Track and report on sales, website performance, email effectiveness, and advertising ROI.
• Deliver insights and updates to the Director and other stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce and consumer trends by reviewing relevant publications and sources.
1. Content & Tool Development
• Support franchise owners by creating marketing tools and promotional materials that drive product sales.
1. Influencer & Affiliate Support
• Manage relationships and monitor performance of influencer and affiliate marketing activities.
1. Coordination & Admin Tasks
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign deadlines.
• Assist with campaign launches, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor stock, delivery fulfilment, and potential new product lines.
What We're Looking For:
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
• Comfortable analysing data and preparing performance reports.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
