The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can shine both as team players and independent contributors. You’ll be the go-to person for all Group Property communications, ensuring our retail teams and customers receive top-notch service. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a well-kept and compliant environment across our 300 UK stores. You’ll support the UK Property Maintenance Managers by efficiently logging and processing maintenance requests, raising purchase orders, and approving invoices. Responsibilities
* Be the friendly voice providing excellent telephone support to all New Look branches.
* Take charge of accurately raising all Purchase Orders for Maintenance, ensuring everything aligns with company policy.
* Keep everything running smoothly by logging all calls taken via phone and email on the PAL call logging system, and updating the call log as needed.
* Coordinate with third-party contractors, managing expectations for fix times and keeping everyone updated.
* Adapt your communication style to suit different individuals and situations, ensuring clear and concise communication.
* Offer flexible and ad-hoc support to the Weymouth Support Centre, working closely with the Facilities team to ensure the building operates smoothly and efficiently.

Who You Are
* You have strong IT skills and can quickly adapt to new tools, especially Word, Excel, and Email.
* You are self-motivated and can work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
* You excel at multi-tasking and prioritising tasks efficiently.
* You have previous experience in an office or retail environment, which is a plus.
* You have an awareness and understanding of basic statutory Health and Safety legislation, which is preferred.
