The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for our payment squad. You will lead initiatives to scale our operations, automate complex payment processes, enhance customer experiences in a regulated environment, and innovate in the advice and investment space. Your focus will include banking integrations, seamless payment processing, and scalable operational processes.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role suited for someone with strong product thinking, execution skills, and a passion for simplifying complexity.

Typical Day
* Work with the Group Product Manager and Operations Lead on strategy and roadmap.
* Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to solve scalability challenges.
* Translate roadmap features into requirements.
* Prioritize and manage sprint backlog.
* Engage with customers to gather insights and validate solutions.
* Use data to inform decisions.
* Mentor junior team members.
Success Criteria
* Experience in investment platforms, fintech, or regulated domains.

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 (dependent on experience, reviewed annually)

Interview Process
