Job Overview:An exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team within the Advisory & Operating Office supporting UK & Jersey wealth management. You will co-lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of clear, consistent productmunications aligned with regulatory requirements, while managing annual product review cycles and creatingpelling, brand-aligned content. This role is hands‑on, collaborative, and ideal for someone looking to deepen their career in financial services marketing.
1. Location: London - Hybrid working
2. Contract Length: 6 months
3. Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
4. Support delivery and maintenance of new and existing product content in line with the annual review schedule.
5. Manage the marketing annual review process, coordinating sign‑off withpliance, risk, and product teams.
6. Create visually engaging and brand‑aligned content, including product pitch books and HTMLmunications.
7. Work closely with Sales Management to deliver timely updates, eventmunications, and “meet the manager” announcements.
8. Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders including Legal,pliance, Marketing, and Design teams.
9. Project manage marketing and regulatory initiatives as required.
10. Upload, maintain, and organise content across intranet sites and internal portals.
Key Requirements:
11. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills, with strong editorial awareness.
12. Project management capability, able to handle multiple timelines simultaneously.
13. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, branding, and fresh content delivery.
14. Understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks (COBs, MiFID II, HRI, Consumer Duty).
15. Highly organised, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a small team.
16. Degree‑educated or possessing equivalent experience; interest in pursuing relevant industry qualifications.
