An excellent opportunity for a mechanical engineer looking for a hands on supervisory role offering mon-fri working hours and great day to day variation.
This is a great chance to work for a specialist engineering company where you will lead and coordinate daily activities of a small team of workshop engineers.
You will be tasked with allocating engineering workload and managing operational performance within the workshop, whilst also carrying out mechanical fitting work across an array of equipment.
Whilst 90% of the role is within the workshop, there may also be very infrequent site work which will require some travel and occasional out of hours working / nights away, so it is important you are ok with this.
The role poses a unique opportunity to quickly become a key contributor to an established business and be able to increase your earnings through overtime and company bonuses.

The Role:
- Mechanical Fitter / Hands on Supervisor – Mon-Thur 8am-4:45pm and Fri 8am-1:30pm.
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of a small team of workshop engineers.
- Hands on role carrying out mechanical work across an array of equipment.
The Candidate:
- Mechanical Engineering/Fitting background.
- Looking for a hands on supervisory role within a workshop based environment.
- Hold a level 3 engineering qualification.
