Essential Requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness A team player who demonstrates reliability and kindness Willingness to follow instructions and maintain high standards Key Responsibilities Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment: Ensuring all pots, pans, utensils and crockery are cleaned to a high standard and ready for use. Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping all kitchen areas clean, tidy and hygienic in line with food safety standards. Supporting the kitchen team: Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks where required to ensure smooth service. Waste management: Disposing of waste correctly and keeping waste areas organised and safe. Stock and organisation: Ensuring equipment is stored correctly and kitchen areas remain well organised. Health & Safety: Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right people. Hours of Work Our Food & Beverage venues are busiest at evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays will be required.
