In short: Cyber BA with familiarity of NIS required to join a cyber regulatory team focusing on increasing their NIS status.
This is not a techy BA role - this is change and transformation.

Purpose:
To undertake business analysis activities, you will facilitate and govern the inception, planning and delivery of strategic business change; subsequently validating the degree of success against business value, success measures and KPIs. You will support the Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts. Performing analysis activities and ensuring appropriate artefacts are produced across a wide range of projects supporting the Network and Information Systems Regulations Portfolio of work, ensuring that the team meets their regulatory obligations.
Key accountabilities:
* Ensure that requirements for all projects are collected, documented, evaluated and approved by appropriate Subject Matter Experts
* Ensure that all requirements are within the defined project scope, if a requirement is identified to be outside scope, then manage through the appropriate Change Control Procedure
* Ensure that all appropriate artefacts are considered through the project lifecycle, and those required are produced to an acceptable standard
* Ensure all projects follow the stage gate process and produce the appropriate artefacts, that are approved and signed off by relevant stakeholders
* Support the creation of a realistic project plan
* Support the monitoring of costs, timescales, resourcing, and notify Project Manager on any deviation from agreed tolerances
* Assist Project Managers in the management of stakeholder expectations on delivery and do not over commit
* Support Project Managers in the delivery of their projects
Skills and experience:
* Experience providing business analysis on multiple projects simultaneously within same or similar industry
* Demonstrable experience in utilising established business analysis techniques to capture business requirements in a documented and effective manner
* Demonstrable experience through the full project lifecycle of performing appropriate analytical tasks to ensure the successful delivery of a project
* Extensive knowledge of project lifecycle processes, systems development methods, organisational change management concepts, business process improvement method business readiness and how a business analyst contributes.
* Proactively identifies and supports in the management of changes in project scope, identifies risk and issues, and devises contingency plans.
* Ability to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, or escalate to the Project Manager when appropriate
* Ability to contribute to Project Planning and estimating
