In this role of Year 3 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons that support Year 3 learners across the curriculum. Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged and motivated. Assess pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and track learning outcomes effectively. Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development through engaging and differentiated activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas, strengthen practice, and contribute to wider school initiatives. Maintain high standards of behaviour, teaching quality, and safeguarding. What You’ll Bring as a Year 3 Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching within a Key Stage 2 setting, ideally Year 3. Strong subject knowledge, classroom management, and communication skills. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to helping pupils reach their full potential. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
