As Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional standards of care and compliance are upheld. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), requiring a valid UK driving licence and access to a car due to the home’s location. What You’ll Need RGN or RMN qualified, with a valid NMC pin Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and inspection frameworks Experience in residential, nursing, or dementia care Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills A genuine passion for person-centred care Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What’s in It for You?
