You will be based with our Group business support unit at our head office in Addlestone, Surrey. You will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices, PO number allocation, reconciling supplier statements and weekly payment runs. You will enjoy fast-paced, repetitive work with a customer service focus as part of a Group function, looking after several business units. The successful candidate will have 1 year Bought or Purchase Ledger experience, processing high volumes of invoices and queries on a daily basis. You will have excellent Microsoft package experience and be highly competent with Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have good communication skills with a strong work ethic for working effectively, both independently and as a team. Experience with COINS is highly desirable.
