We need a proven track record of implementing or improving business processes and systems. We require strong ability to analyse requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. We need experience across the full system lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation and support. We are looking for confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences. We need knowledge of system configuration, integrations, or change processes. ITIL awareness is desirable. We are seeking someone with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Responsibilities: We will ask you to support the delivery of a new university website project. We will expect you to work closely with stakeholders to shape service design and establish support models. We will rely on you to ensure the Digital Experience Platform and web estate are resilient, user-focused, and continuously improved. We will ask you to drive service improvement across a complex and evolving technology landscape. We will expect you to support the Corporate Systems portfolio and help improve key systems and processes. We will ask you to work across a wide portfolio, including Library, Finance, Research, Property and Facilities, Marketing, and People Services. We will rely on you to help integrate and optimise enterprise systems so they deliver value. We will expect you to liaise with staff at all levels across the University. We will ask you to provide expert help and advice on development and support issues. We will expect you to support the evolution of our enterprise architecture through process improvements and system integration. We will ask you to work proactively with multiple stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
