Carer Support Worker role available with Bradford and Airedale Carer Support Service covering Craven, Bradford.
Salary: £13.90 per hour
Hours: 25 weekly
Responsibilities
Passionate about empowering and helping carers on a one-to-one basis. Provide values-based support, advice and information to service users and carers ensuring they have access to practical and emotional support.
Assist carers to develop coping strategies, conduct home visits and carer assessments, and provide information about mental health and mental health services available.

Qualifications
