We're growing fast — and we want you to be a part of it. CES is on a mission to make homes warmer, greener, and more energy-efficient by delivering free energy-saving solutions to eligible homeowners. Now, we're expanding and have space for 4 skilled install teamsto join our renowned Insulation Division.
If you're an experienced team of 2 tradespeople (drylining, carpentry, IWI and one plasterer), this is your chance to secure steady, well-paid work with a trusted and growing company.
What You'll Get:
* Weekly pay: £750–£1,000 per person
* Annual earnings: £40,000–£50,000 per team member
* Paid travel: Work away Monday to Friday – accommodation sorted and paid
* Company van: Provided for every team
* All materials delivered: Just show up and install
* Customers sourced for you: We manage all leads and bookings
* Paid training: 5-day induction at £100/day per installer
* Ongoing development: Upskill and grow with us (We've got our own fully kitted training facilities)
What We Need from You:
* Experience in internal wall insulation, plastering, drylining or carpentry
* Ability to complete a full IWI install from start to finish
* Great timekeeping and the ability to manage workload efficiently
* A friendly and professional approach to customer service
* Willingness to work away from home during the week
* Must have a valid DBS or be willing to get one before the start date
