Your new role
As HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the HR function for the JV and taking away the reliance from the parentpanies. This will involve managing the hire to retire employment lifecycle including Employee Relations as well as developing policy, handbooks and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing all HR data and reporting as well as managing payroll and benefits as well as continuous improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in a start up or joint venture environment where you will have managed the employee lifecycle as well as developed policy and procedure to ensurepliance with UK legislation. You will be able to demonstrate your position as escalation point for all HR matters and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and canmit to a 12 M FTC working in a hybrid manner for 3 days per week from the London office.
