Occupational Health Administrator
Band 3 £28,011 - £30,230 per annum
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum
37 hours per week but flexible working options will be considered

We are looking for an administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Occupational Health Service. You will support our Occupational Health Nurses with the OPAS Occupational Health referral system, organising clinics, typing and dealing with correspondence.
You must have administrative experience and excellent computer skills. Maintaining confidentiality is vital as is the ability to work unsupervised and use your own initiative in this small team.
You will be based at Stornoway Health Centre with the Occupational Health Nurses. Core working hours are required in the office but we are open to discussing a level of flexibility in the hours worked. Full training on the systems will be provided.
