What you will do
* Promote and support a strength-based approach to therapy intervention.
* Undertake assessments and goal setting with individuals and their carers.
* Design personalised programmes to help individuals relearn skills and regain abilities.
* Maximise independence, health, and well-being within the community.
* Conduct reviews of moving and handling, and provide specialist equipment and minor adaptations to support identified goals.
Requirements
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with an HCPC registration number.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience.
* Preferred to be a car driver, although not essential.
