A design-led bespoke joinery manufacturer, known for operating in a variety of sectors including sports stadiums, distinct office environments, courtrooms, luxurious hotels, and high-end restaurants, is looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Designer as part of their existing team. This is a full-time role at 40 hours per week, requiring office hours from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. This is an in-person, office-based role, at their design and manufacturing site in West Yorkshire. The nature of the role requires commitment to hit weekly deadlines to satisfy client drawing approval submissions and production drawing targets. This vacancy is for an experienced Furniture Designer with the following skills: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in producing detailed technical drawings of bespoke furniture for manufacture. 5+ years of Solidworks experience. A strong understanding of furniture production methods and materials including veneers, laminates, solid surface materials, metalwork, and upholstery.
