This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in the early stages of their career, or someone ready to step up from an Assistant QS role, who is eager to develop within a contractor that offers clear progression pathways and ongoing support. You will join a thriving commercial team and gain exposure to some of the region’s most prestigious live and upcoming schemes. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the management of commercial aspects of live construction projects. * Prepare and review tender documents, subcontractor packages, and cost plans. * Monitor budgets, manage variations, and produce valuations. * Support with procurement, cost control, and forecasting. * Liaise closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial targets are met. * Ensure contract compliance and support with contractual administration. Candidate Profile: * 2 to 4 years post-graduate experience within a contracting or consultancy environment. * Strong grounding in commercial processes and contract administration. * Good knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts is advantageous. ...
