Trainee Management Graduate | Leadership & Field Sales Development Pathway
Glasgow City Centre | Full-Time | On-Site | Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 base (negotiable) with Year 1 OTE of £45,000

About the Opportunity
This role is built around practical experience in offline sales and team development. From your first week, you will be actively involved in customer acquisition, representing clients in face-to-face environments such as events, residential campaigns, and high-footfall locations across Glasgow.
You’ll work closely with experienced managers, gaining insight into sales strategy, performance tracking, and how to lead a team in a target-driven environment.
This is not a desk-based role — it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on results.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients through face-to-face sales campaigns across Glasgow
• Engage directly with customers to promote products and services
• Assist in delivering and improving live sales campaigns
• Learn how to lead, motivate, and manage small teams
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to hitting team targets
• Support business expansion into new areas and campaigns
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who:
• Are motivated to build a career in leadership, sales, and business development
• Are confident in face-to-face communication and enjoy working with people
• Have a competitive mindset (sport, academics, or previous sales experience is a plus)
• Are resilient, driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment
