Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach with a passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles in young learners? A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a dynamic Sports Coach to lead enrichment sessions and support PE delivery across the school from September 2025.

Job Description:
* Deliver high-energy sports sessions and PE lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Plan and lead enrichment activities, including lunchtime and after-school clubs
* Promote teamwork, resilience, and positive attitudes through sport
* Support class teachers in delivering the PE curriculum and school sports events
* Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils
* Be a positive role model who encourages participation and enjoyment in physical activity
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with primary-aged children in a sports or coaching capacity
* Hold a relevant sports coaching qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Be energetic, reliable, and passionate about youth development
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of different age groups and abilities
