We are looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially minded Marketing Manager (office-based) to manage and lead all marketing activities across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, taking ownership, and developing and delivering a full marketing strategy that supports business growth. As there is currently no dedicated marketing lead within the business, this role is critical. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the marketing direction, building the strategy, and leading its implementation, while also managing day-to-day marketing execution including digital marketing, website management, marketing materials, and brand consistency. You will work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure all marketing activity is strategic, on-brand, accurate, and commercially effective. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop, own, and continuously improve the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Lead the implementation of the marketing strategy, translating plans into practical, measurable actions Identify marketing priorities, opportunities, and gaps, and proactively drive improvements Act as the main point of ownership for all marketing activity across the business Digital & Online Presence Manage, update, and monitor the company website a daily/weekly basis Maintain and manage the online store, including banners, products, pricing, descriptions, images, and downloads Ensure all online content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with company branding Monitor website performance, traffic, and enquiries Liaise with developers or external agencies where required Marketing Content & Sales Materials Prepare and update sales brochures, datasheets, presentations, and proposals Support the sales team with tailored marketing materials for clients and projects Maintain a central library of approved marketing documents and templates Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and are technically accurate Graphic Design (In-House) Produce basic to intermediate graphic design work, including brochures, flyers, datasheets, social media graphics, and website visuals Edit and adapt existing designs as required Coordinate with external designers for advanced or large-scale design projects when needed Brand Management Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and materials Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and messaging Support brand development and positioning initiatives Marketing Campaigns & Promotion Plan, deliver, and evaluate online and offline marketing campaigns Manage email marketing campaigns and mailing lists Support social media activity, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement monitoring Coordinate exhibitions, events, CPDs, and promotional activities where required Reporting & Coordination Track marketing performance against objectives and prepare reports Coordinate closely with sales, technical, and management teams Manage marketing schedules, deadlines, and priorities Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a marketing role (B2B experience preferred) Experience developing and delivering marketing strategies Experience managing websites and online stores (CMS and e-commerce platforms) Strong organisational and communication skills Basic to intermediate graphic design skills Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple tasks High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness Desirable (But Not Essential) Experience in construction, engineering, or technical product marketing Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising Video editing or animation skills Company Description Cladmate is a UK-based manufacturer and engineering specialist in cladding support systems.
