What you’ll be doing… As a Retail Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and leading your team to meet performance targets. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence and maintaining high visual and merchandising standards. Manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient running Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service Drive sales and profit by identifying opportunities to maximise performance Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock presentation, and store layout Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and liaise with suppliers as needed Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and retail legislation Analyse store performance data and report on KPIs, sales targets, and improvements Working Pattern: Monday - Saturday | 37.5 Hours Per Week Job ID: 6228 What can you bring?
