Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant KS1 classroom in a welcoming primary school located in the South Shore area of Blackpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners and contributing to their early education journey.
✅ Key Responsibilities
* Supporting children across KS1 with their learning and development
* Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
* Providing 1:1 and small‑group support where required
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant OR willingness to complete a TA qualification via Teaching Personnel
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
