Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
* Train, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
* Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
Skills
* Proven experience in solar sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in OpenSolar or Hometree for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
