Location: Surrey, UK Project Type: Hospital Construction Key Requirements: Solid background in mechanical systems, MEP coordination, and installation on complex projects Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and budget management Good understanding of HSE standards related to MEP works Ability to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners Excellent stakeholder skills with experience working closely with clients and design teams What You'll Be Doing: Leading the handover from Estimating into Construction Working with the Project Director to ensure the project is correctly resourced Validating the project and setting up business plans, cost controls, cash flow, and billing schedules Preparing key project documentation, including procurement plans, design schedules, programmes, s-curves, and histograms Overseeing safety and quality plans for the project Mobilising subcontractors and labour in line with the delivery strategy Ensuring all project measures and deliverables are aligned before construction begins
