We're now looking for a Transport administration Clerk based in Hatfield
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Facilitate communication and coordination between transport planners, subcontractors, transport depots and other relevant stakeholders
* Monitor all loads to ensure smooth operation in regard of collections, transit and delivery.
* Responsible for achieving and maintaining KPI SLA agreements.
* Achieving collection and delivery KPIs.
* Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
this Role Would Suit People Who
* Have admin experience as it is essential for this role
* Potentially have transport admin experience but it is not essential
* Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
