Your new role
You will join a growing Transfer Pricing team, working across a wide variety of clients and projects throughout the transfer pricing lifecycle. This role offers exposure to both compliance and advisory work, including:
* Supporting and leading transfer pricing projects such as policy design, documentation, and dispute resolution
* Advising on areas including thin capitalisation, intellectual property structuring, and intra‑group financing
* Performing economic and benchmarking analyses using leading tools
* Working across international tax concepts and broader corporate tax areas (where applicable)
* Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
* Identifying opportunities to introduce additional tax services
* Supporting and developing junior team members, including graduates
* Contributing to the continued growth of the transfer pricing service line
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum of 5+ years within tax, with strong transfer pricing exposure
* Experience across areas such as documentation, policy development, thin capitalisation, and dispute resolution
* Good working knowledge of OECD and HMRC transfer pricing guidance
* Experience with economic and statistical analysis and benchmarking tools
* Understanding of intra‑group financing and transfer pricing approaches
* Awareness of areas such as corporate interest restriction, Pillar 2, and implementation challenges
* CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA (or equivalent), or a relevant postgraduate qualification in economics, finance, law, or accounting
* Strong project management and organisational abilities
