Location: Hillsborough
Hours: 37hrs per week - Monday to Friday
Pay: £ per hour

Job Background
Research Farmed Estates are seeking a proactive and details oriented Executive Officer to join the Research Farmed Estates Team at Hillsborough in a temporary on-going basis.
This role involves supporting the operational and administrative functions of the Farmed Platform including the Farm Unit ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency across a range of areas and duties.
The post holder will be responsible for managing orders and invoices of various services, including feed, haulers, veterinary services, medicines, PPE and animal identification tags.
Registration and certification of all animals including pedigree and accreditation platforms. This includes animal cull lists and animal deaths.
Supporting the BVD sampling process, TB Testing and reporting of positive results and informing relevant stakeholders and departmental bodies.
Maintaining internal IT systems, such as Cora time management, Agriwebb, soil nutrient records and maintaining Farmed Platform KPIs and relevant compliance and performance records.
Supporting the Head of Branch where required, minute taking and data input.
General Admin duties and responsibilities and any other duties required by management.
Essential Criteria:
1. 5 GCSE's including English and Maths, grade C or above, or equivalent
AND
2. 1 years' relevant experience working in an admin role
Desirable Criteria:
3. Knowledge of agriculture
