Job Description: Social Care Worker
Hours: 37.5/42/48
Salary: £12.25 per hour (based on a 48-hour contract). Higher rates available for applicants with qualifications in health and social care.

Overview of the role

Key duties
* Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with feeding
* Administering medication
* Engaging in residents' daily activities, hobbies, or outings
* Following care plans and company policies
* Building honest and considerate relationships with residents
* Maintaining daily written records
* Attending training sessions as required
Personal Attributes
Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential qualities for a successful Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
Ballards Ash, located near Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire, supports up to 10 young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The home features a large garden and tailored activity programs, providing a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
