Children's Support Worker required to work in Holywood within a long-established residential facility supporting young people who have experienced trauma and adverse childhood experiences.
Working under the supervision of the Registered Manager and Home Management Team, you will provide person-centred care to young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, including anxiety,
emotional dysregulation, and attachment-related difficulties. The role involves building positive, therapeutic relationships and maintaining a safe, structured environment.
We are ideally seeking staff available for full-time hours, primarily night duty shifts (10pm-8am), with some day cover also available.
Pay rates range from £14.06 to £22.49 per hour, depending on the shift worked, and are paid weekly. These positions are available for a minimum of three months.
What we need from you
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
* Experience working with children or young people aged 11-18 years old
* To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
