Property Manager- Neasdan - Mon- Fri- £40,000 Job Title: Property Manager Salary: £40,000 Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00- 6 pm ( 1 Day Working from Home ) Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a well-established and reputable estate agency in Northwest London. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is looking for a new challenge. Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Dealing with daily maintenance, including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner Making sure the portfolio is fully up to date on compliance and Health and Safety regulations Arranging inventories, check in and check outs and conducting property inspections Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills.
