About Us

At Ref Stop & Team Stop, we're passionate about supporting referees and sports officials with high-quality gear and reliable service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Care & Dispatch Assistant to join our team and help ensure every customer receives top-notch service from order to delivery.

Your Role

You'll be the friendly face (or voice) of Ref Stop & Team Stop, helping customers with queries, processing orders, and making sure everything gets packed and shipped accurately and on time.

This is a full-time position (40) hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.30AM – 5PM.

Key Responsibilities

* Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media
* Processing online and in store orders
* Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
* Tracking deliveries and resolving any delivery issues
* Maintaining a clean and organised dispatch area
* Assisting with stock management and inventory checks
* Providing general support to the wider Ref Stop & Team Stop operations

What We're Looking For

* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
* Organised and detail-oriented, especially when packing and dispatching
* Comfortable using computers and order systems (training provided)
* Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* A team player with a can-do attitude
* Previous customer service or dispatch experience is a bonus, but not essential – we'll
