We’re looking for a creative, curious and strategically minded Marketing & Content Executive to help shape how GreenBlue Urban communicates with audiences across the UK, Europe and North America.
In this role, you’ll create engaging, technically accurate and visually compelling content that supports campaigns, drives engagement and helps convert interest into leads. Working closely with our Marketing Manager and wider team, you’ll take projects from initial concept through to activation, using real data to continually refine and improve performance.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Delivery
* Research, plan, and produce written and visual content for campaigns, case studies, blogs, emails, video scripts, and social media.
* Translate complex technical or policy topics into clear, accessible narratives tailored to different audiences.
* Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and Designer to take projects from idea to launch.
Campaign Support & Execution
* Deliver content for multi-channel campaigns managed by the Marketing Manager.
* Upload, schedule, and tag content correctly within HubSpot.
* Monitor campaign performance and engagement to support continuous improvement.
Brand Voice & Quality
* Maintain GBU’s tone of voice and visual identity across all content.
* Ensure all materials reflect our expertise, reliability, and commitment to sustainable infrastructure.
* Contribute to internal brand guardianship and our shared content library.
Collaboration
* Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to capture project insights and success stories.
* Partner with the Marketing Executive to create event-specific content before and after key activities.
* Ensure all post-event communications and nurture workflows are delivered on time through HubSpot.
* Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating freelancers or external writers when required.
Measurement & Learning
* Review weekly performance via HubSpot and social analytics dashboards.
* Use data to refine topics, messaging, and formats to boost engagement over time.
* Participate in team reviews to share results, celebrate wins, and identify improvements.
About You
You’re a strong communicator who loves turning ideas into compelling content. You balance creativity with attention to detail and enjoy seeing the real-world impact of your work. You’re organised, self-motivated, and eager to keep learning.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities with a clear and concise style.
* Experience producing B2B content, ideally within construction, environmental, engineering, or related sectors.
* Confident using digital tools such as HubSpot, Canva, WordPress and LinkedIn.
* Interest in data-driven marketing and willingness to learn basic analytics.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines within a small, collaborative team.
