We're proud to be working with an award-winning SaaS provider based in Bath that provides data & AI-driven software solutions for the financial services industry, in support of their efforts to strengthen the talented business analysis function with 2 additional Business Analysts.
This role will be customer-facing, working closely with clients & technical teams throughout the implementation and onboarding process. They offer hybrid working (2 days a week on-site) and a wide range of benefits from day one (including health insurance).
Due to the technical nature of a lot of their projects, a background in software development and/or data analysis with SQL skills would be highly beneficial (but not essential).
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Business Analysis or Product role, ideally for a SaaS provider.
* A strong understanding of the SDLC and experience in collaborating with product and development teams.
* Excellent reuirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of, or a background in the financial services (investment/wealth management & insurance preferred).
* Data analysis/modelling & SQL skills.
