Key Responsibilities of a Secondary Supply Teacher:
Delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
Covering a variety of subjects depending on the needs of the school
Following lesson plans provided or delivering your own in specialist subjects
Assessing and recording pupil progress in line with school policy
Collaborating with other staff members to support student development
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching at the secondary level (KS3-KS4)
Confidence in managing behaviour and adapting to new environments
A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (essential)
Ability to speak Welsh is a strong advantage, though not essential
Flexible, proactive, and committed to making a difference
