The Role
As a Turn Down Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a flawless and luxurious evening experience. Working within our dedicated Housekeeping team, you will prepare guest rooms for the evening with care and precision, creating a welcoming and serene environment that reflects the high standards of Hotel Café Royal.
We are recruiting for full-time, part-time, and casual positions, offering flexibility to suit different schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the evening turndown service to guest rooms, ensuring rooms are beautifully presented and set up for a comfortable nights rest.
Refresh guest rooms by tidying, replenishing amenities, replacing towels, and ensuring lights, curtains, and bedding are arranged to standard.
Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Uphold the hotels service standards and ensure a discreet, professional, and courteous approach at all times.
Work closely with the wider housekeeping team to maintain a seamless guest experience.
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Your Profile
Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience in a luxury hotel environment is desirable but not essential full training will be provided.
A natural eye for detail, with a focus on cleanliness, presentation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional approach.
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Well-groomed with a polished personal presentation that reflects a 5-star luxury environment.
Comfortable working evening shifts.
Working Hours
Full-time shifts: 1:00 pm 9:30 pm or 2:30 pm 11:00 pm
Part-time and casual shifts: 5:30 pm 9:30 pm / 11:00 pm
